Solo exhibitions

Anemoia: Nostalgia for a World I Never Knew
My second solo exhibition is a visual reflection on spaces shaped by memory, history, and the quiet passage of time.

Shot between Skopje and Amsterdam, Anemoia explores post-earthquake architecture, forgotten landmarks, and personal moments of transition. Through portraits and self-portraits, the series traces a longing for places I never truly knew, yet feel deeply connected to. It’s a meditation on identity, migration, and the emotional resonance of spaces we often overlook—but still carry with us.

The exhibition, featuring 31 photographs, was presented at the Cultural Information Center in Skopje as part of a joint show initiated by my professor Ljupcho Bojarov. It was my first time exhibiting in my hometown—an emotional and proud moment.

Anemoia connects Skopje and Amsterdam, two cities that have shaped my sense of identity and belonging. I’m especially proud that this exhibition, like my previous ones, carried a humanitarian note.

The story of Anemoia was also shared through a special set of postcards offered to visitors, inviting them to take part in a small but meaningful gesture—supporting the medical treatment of Džaneta. Through this, the project became more than personal reflection; it became a shared act of care and solidarity.

"visual journey"

GERMANY, BREISACH * 02 - 07 May 2023

At my first solo photography exhibition ever, I wanted to present some of my favourite works (59 total) from the past five years.

"Visual Journey" is my diary showing the world through my eyes. Conceptually, the exhibition was divided into several categories: Landscapes, People, Travel, Monochrome and Editorial.

Seven works were retained by the gallerist for participation in further exhibitions on the territory of Germany and France.

The exhibition was held in the beautiful setting of the Cafe-gallery Leone at the invitation of  Von Vogt family, great art lovers, who has been organizing art events for several years. I am very honored and grateful to have opportunity as a young photographer to present myself with my first solo exhibition right in Breisach - in a region with such history, culture and tradition.

As a continuation of the exhibition’s deeper purpose, several photographs from my first solo show were included in a humanitarian auction held in December 2024. The funds raised were directed toward supporting the medical treatment of Leonid, and aiding the victims of the tragic accident in Kočani in March 2025. This gesture was a small reminder of how art can extend beyond the gallery space—toward empathy, solidarity, and collective care.

Group exhibitions

SLOVAKIA, BRATISLAVA * 03 - 31 JULY 2024

As part of The Culture of Solidarity program, the La Gacilly-Baden Photo Festivals organised the Global Peace Photo Award  exhibition in Bratislava from 3 - 30 July 2024.

ITALY, TRIESTE * OCTOBER 11 - DECEMBER 31 2023

At the URBAN 2023 PHOTO FESTIVAL, my project "SHE" was selected and entered the competition projects in Projects & Portfolio section. For this purpose, I  participated in a group exhibition during the Trieste Photo Days in  October, November and December 2023, at

HOME Sapore di Casa on Via Cassa di Risparmio, 1 Trieste - Italy.

Trieste Photo Days is an international festival dedicated to urban photography that since 2014 explores the contemporary through all forms of photography. The festival has established itself over the years as a cross-media creative container that brings together exhibitions by Italian and foreign artists, workshops, screenings, contests, book presentations, meetings and other events related to photography. A place of meeting and exchange between the public and photographers.

I am truly honoured and pleased to be a part of this renowned event.
